Windscreen price questions
How much does a windscreen replacement cost in Johannesburg?
Most popular cars and bakkies start between R1,550 and R2,650 fitted with SABS-approved aftermarket glass. Premium vehicles with cameras, heads-up display or rain sensors cost more. Use the guided quote for the exact price for your car and year.
Is there a call-out fee for mobile fitment?
No call-out fee within 20 km of our branch at 373 Jan Smuts Avenue, Craighall Park, Randburg. Beyond 20 km a call-out fee may apply, and we confirm it before your booking is final.
How does the 10% in-store discount work?
Aftermarket glass fitted at our Craighall Park workshop is 10% less than the standard price — the exact amount, not rounded. OEM glass and mobile fitments are charged at the standard price.
What is the difference between aftermarket and OEM windscreens?
Aftermarket windscreens are SABS-approved glass from makers like Shatterprufe and Fuyao. OEM glass is made to the vehicle manufacturer's original specification. We quote both side by side so you can choose.
Is the windscreen in stock?
Yes. Every vehicle we quote has its windscreen in stock, so we can usually fit the same or next day.
