What a proper fitment looks like

The cowling and wiper assembly come off, the old glass is cut out with a cold knife or wire, the pinch-weld is trimmed back to a consistent urethane bed rather than scraped bare, corrosion is treated and primed, the new glass is dry-fitted for alignment, then bonded with a continuous SikaTack MACH 60 bead.

We leak-test before handover and we hand the vehicle back with the moulding, cowling and wipers correctly seated. Workmanship is guaranteed for life — if a screen we fitted ever whistles or leaks, we come back and make it right.
